Flow Apartments Karl Wolf Park

The apartment had a washing machine, which was great. It had coffee, and was clean (except for the kitchen bin).

I booked for 3 people but only 1 bed was for 2 grown ups. There was 3rd bed which was folded (don’t know the dimensions of it). The facilitator asked for additional money for the bed linens and towels. When I said I don’t need the towels, he asked me if we need beds and pillows (which was ridiculous), but all of this in attempt to extract those additional 31 euros from us. The building was difficult to find, and the view from the balconies was blocked by the scaffolding of the building. The parking was a parking spot out in the public, with a wire marking it as designated. We didn’t payed for it since it was last minute booking (otherwise additional 15€), but was expecting a garage or something more private. The bathroom door was not closing completely on its own, there was a piece of wood on the floor that was supposed to assist in the closure of the door. The owner was really rude and direct, kinda hostile to be honest. Really unpleasant experience.

Renovated flat in the block of flats. Washing machine and washing liquid is available on the place. Nice potential view from the balcony (scaffolding on the time of stay). Quite precise entering instructions.

Advertisement turned up to be clickbait, where host made advertisement with average normal price with non-refund pricing policy and puts pretty good additional costs for basic essential facilities like linen (+25 eur) and parking (+15 eur) into the description. Also city tax was asked not 1,55 eur/day/person, but 2 eur/day/person motivating it with 3-star rating. When the all goods and bads coming out, the host doesn't meet the request to cancel the booking without fine, even more than 30 h prior estimated check-in. There was no kettle in the kitchen, curtain in the kitchen was dirty. WIFI is very poor. Clock in the kitchen is not working. No frying pan lid. Information about work, currently being carried out on the exterior of the house, scaffolding, and no possibility to use balcony also met us already after making reservation. Apartment with lots of "underwater" surprises, mostly with the pricing policy.

The low price on Booking.com is clickbait. You pay 5 Euros more for taxes etc to the owner directly, I kind of expected that, but the fact that you had to pay another 24 Euros for towels and sheets was, although a fact hidden in the fine print, still unexpected, and with that, the price became very much comparable to a standard hotel, where among other things, I would have had Wi-Fi. The room was freezing cold. thankfully there was an oven that I could turn on and then open the ovendoor. Also the shower was horrible. Although brand-new, it had a faucet that needed a special instructional video to figure out, maybe if I had used it a few times, I might have been able to not get sprayed by the overhead showerhead with cold water while trying to use the other shower head that was connected to a hose. Simply said, the controls were not meant for first time users. The shower stall was also way to small, and at the end I had so much water outside of the bottom encloser, that I had to throw a towel on the floor to keep the water from running into the bedroom. did I mention there was no Wi-Fi I was told about?

It's a quiet apartment

Really small. Renting that studio saying that it is for 4 people it's really disgusting and a big lie. The price is exorbitant if you think on what this apartment offers.
