Balcon et chambre sale .climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Pas assez de linge! Prise ne fonctionne pas. Câble dénudé dans chambres.. 0 investissements ou reparations depuis des années!! Restauration 0!! Boissons casiment rien et ils veulent du cash pas de carte!! Bien évidement qu au bord ou dans des piscines tout le monde se balade avec des billets!!

Rien n est entretenu rien n est réparer.. hotel laissé a l’abandon.

Pool is open till late in the night which is convenient in case you are late person and enjoy a swim at midnight . . :)

We were pretty disappointed on the conditions the hotel and facilities are. We been staying here several years before and realized that even maintaining what they had was not happening. Not very clean and facilities started to degrade. Breakfast was a disaster, trying to avoid it not to get food poisoning.

Le confort du lit et oreillers, la chambre grande!!

La piscine de l’hôtel etait vide en travaux, le petit dejeuner pas de trop de choix et le peu qui avait c’etait pas terrible.

Staff need to be more courteous to customers. I reported problems with the toilet and bathroom in my room. Maintenance was performed after I entered the room, so the room should have been changed. Performing maintenance after I entered the room is the wrong approach. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was out of service.

Amazing pools and beautiful rooms. Great overnight stay near the airport between flights. Kids loved it!

Zimmer sind gross und die Betten komfortabel aber die Bettwäsche war feucht durch die Luft

it’s just one towel, very weak air conditioning, refrigerator not working, pitch dark at saunas, and cold water at the showers by saunas, dirty by the pool with towels all over the stairs empty outdoor swimming pools, looking like an abandoned facility

Nos gustó la piscina grande, aquapark nocturno es top, las camas comodas, las hamburguesas al lado de la piscina impresionantes. Gracias a los recepcionistas - me han solucionado todas mis dudas.

No nos gustó el mantenimiento y la limpieza de las instalaciones, de los 5 toboganes están funcionando 2, no nos limpiaban la habitación, solo cambiaban las toallas y quitaban la vasura. Los helados se vendían solo desde 14.00! El desayuno regular. La máquina de café no funcionaba varios días y 1 día no había ni agua ni zumos.

לפני 5 שנים היתה לנו חוויה מצוינת לאור זאת הגענו שוב אך לצערי היה גרוע מאוד, חדרים ללא מקרר וקומקום, לא מנקים, עושים טובה שמחליפים מגבות, ריח של שתן בחדר אוכל אין אפילו קפה נורמלי בבוקר והנראות זוועה , ג'וקים בחדרים, המקום בשיפוץ ונראה כמו אתר בניה, פארק מים חיצוני מגלשה אחת רק עובדת קיוסק בפארק מים אין שום דבר רק שתיה קלה, אין איפה לאכול נאלצנו לקנות גבינה ולחם כל צהריים מהסופר, חוויה נוראית נסיעות לעיר עולות 50₪ כל כיוון
