Izuzetno dobar hotel, jako udobni kreveti, ljubazno osoblje, jednostavan check-inn. Besplatno koriscenje sjajnog akva parka i unutrasnjeg bazena. Preporucuje se!

We arrived early, before check-in time, and were warmly welcomed by Milos and Dajena. Milos took us to our room and immediately arranged a bed for my 3-year-old son. They also have a beautiful water paradise for kids, with slides both indoors and outdoors. The indoor pool is open until 3:00 AM, and the outdoor pool is open until 7:00 PM. I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

There is no restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy a meal calmly — we had to get food from outside the hotel and then eat in an area near the closed pool, which didn’t feel very welcoming. Also, there is no mini bar to keep your drinks cold. You also can’t buy anything like snacks or drinks inside the hotel itself. It says there is a restaurant on the 5th floor, but that turned out not to be true. However, there is a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where you can buy food and drinks if needed, and next to the hotel there is a pizza restaurant where you can eat.

The hotel’s air conditioning had failed, so I was moved to another of their properties, which was contacted to the Hotel via the Aqua Park. The swimming pool in the hotel was empty and needed cleaning. The Aqua Park facilities looked ok, but didn’t get a chance to use them. There was a dirty towel in the cupboard and there was no bar fridge just an empty cupboard where the bar fridge should have been. Hotel need maintenance and updating.

Hotel ma ogromny potencjał ale brak tam chyba odpowiedniej osoby do zarządzania która by to wszystko odpowiednio ogarnęła.

Brak należytej czystości w każdym aspekcie . Śniadanie okropne .Jajecznica I kiełbasa podawana w dawno nie mytych podgrzewaczach gastronomicznych . Ogólnie stołówka brudna. Wszędzie przydałby się remont . Za to obsługa super !
