We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was quiet, so close to the beach, beach cafe, and yummy hamburger stand. The heated pool was awesome. We’d definitely come back!

Proximity to Holmes Beach

No toilet paper when I arrived; no instructions to connect with WiFi; no local information as was a given on the booking site. A $100 extra room cleaning fee; what, they don’t know there would be sand tracked in ?

"Great location, not as nice as the photos though"

The hostess is really great, we had a tv issue and she had someone out to work on it the next day. The location is fabulous! Beach is so close and is fabulous and the area feels very active, a real jimmy buffet vibe.

I was expecting a more polished place, a little better maintained. I felt duped by the photos online. The pool is a postage stamp, not usable. It’s literally the size of my bedroom. Tv was not operational, the repairman was there for 3 hours.

Incredible location with beach right outside the door. Close to public beach but that did not bother us. Quiet. Great patio off the bedroom we used every morning for exercise

A bit outdated, but part of the charm. A slight investment into new toaster, toilet, ding room table would go a long way.
