Proximity to the beach. And comfort of the bed.

Housekeeping didn’t clean before our stay. Trash was full, dirty towels were on the floor in bathroom and tip from previous guest was still on the table.

Just adequate Furnishings, no windows, sliding door did not open - fire hazard, beds nice too big for room - access to closet difficult

The location was extremely convenient! I loved having assigned parking.The room was quiet. Leila, the manager, was very responsive, helpful and nice.

It would have been easier if the living room television was located across from the seating instead of on the side wall. Also, we would have loved it if you had beach chairs we could use.

Bathroom shower curtain was mildewed. Could use a washer and dryer.

The location was the best! Excellent view!! Close to the public beach and restaurants.

The bathroom was in need of updating. There was peeling paint in the shower and mildew around the tub grout. The faucet knob had mold growing in it and was hard to pull on. The baseboards were dirty. The only access to the bathroom was through the bedroom. The products provided were poor quality. There was a dirty shirt left on the porch. What was the $100 cleaning fee for?

Great location, convenient to everything. Leila, the rental manager is the best. All the neighbors are great too.
