Family home in central Guildford with Parking

Location and parking, plus host was very responsive

Sofas had some stains on them, albeit covered with a blanket - could do with a wash! Also no dishwasher

Great location 5 minutes from Guildford center with supermarkets close by. Very handy parking next to the flat. The flat has everything you need and if you have any questions the host "Jeremy" is quick to reply. We had a comfortable stay in the flat.

The location and facilities. It was spacious and quiet at night. The kitchen and living room area was nice. It had parking. Nice little park across the road.

Lots of cobwebs on the windows and ceilings. Very steep stairs that I couldn’t see from the photos.

We had been sent the wrong code to get in which wasn't a big deal but when we got in it smelled musty and mouldy, on further inspection to be honest it was filthy. Didn't look like it has been cleaned properly for a while. Dust everywhere but more importantly the bathrooms were grim. Toilets need a proper scrub, mould in the bathrooms which explains the smell. Very poor for the price paid
