It has parking. There’s a nice playground across the road which the children liked.

Badly needs new pillows on the bed. Some of the windows were broken and couldn’t be closed. The brambles near the key box need cutting and the front door is tricky - at one point couldn’t get out but one of us was outside with the key and let the rest of us out.

Lovely apartment, well presented and very clean. All the basics you could need were there.

The property was very clean, showers were great, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There is a dedicated parking space and the lounge looks across onto a green space. Moreover we were able to walk into the centre of Guildford and access all the shops and restaurants. Jeremy was a great communicator and gave us very clear instructions from the get go.
