The location was perfect. Just a short Uber ride away to the venue we were going to. The property was fabulous, very clean, excellent amenities. Jeremy who owns the apartment is a delight to deal with. Thank you so much for letting us rent the property for the night. Whole heartedly recommend this delightful place.

Clean tidy comfortable and as we are contractors it is exactly what we need close to shops good cooking facilities and good showers thanks Jeremy that's why we stay here for long periods THANKS MATE EXCELLENT PLACE

"A comfortable stay close to central Guildford."

The property was well located for Guildford itself and access to stations to get trains elsewhere. It had a playground directly opposite which was handy for our toddler (and another larger park only 5 minutes’ walk away). It was very spacious, deceptively so when looking at the property from the outside. The host communicated with us before our arrival. There was ample parking.

The TV wasn’t working but our host had pre-warned us about this so not a real negative. I expect it will be rectified before future guests attend.

"Excellent, comfortable and convenient to main routes into London."

The apartment was excellent for our needs. Great location. Lovely quiet and warm. Great facilities. Plenty of room for all of us (2 adults and 3 teenagers).

Not much, great value.
