The bed is very large for the room. Had I been with anyone else it would have been difficult. There's enough room for a second person to shuffle round the bed to their side otherwise to climb over the bed.

I'm a little overdue on this review! I stayed at the beginning of August and had such a wonderful time here! Everything about the location felt lush, welcoming and peaceful. Jenni is a truly warm, open, and caring host who really made me feel at home. She has great knowledge of the surrounding area, which really helped find all the best bits of Glastonbury. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside with stunning views, including the Tor in the distance, which can be accessed from Jenni's balcony. The location is just a short 10-minute walk from the main part of town. I loved this positioning, as it gave me the chance to enjoy the peaceful countryside walks to and from town instead of staying dead in the centre. You're positioned between very well between town and the Ehite Spring, Challice Well and the Tor, while still being close to all the buzz when you want it. I had the most peaceful sleep I've had in ages here and was gently woken by the sound of birds and with stunning views of Glastonbury. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended!

Bij aankomst viel ons meteen op dat het huis niet schoon was. Het voelde rommelig en geleefd, alsof er niet speciaal voor bezoek was schoongemaakt. Het aanrecht in de keuken was vies, de wc was bij aankomst al niet fris, en de douche rook alsof deze langere tijd niet was schoongemaakt. Dit maakte het verblijf stressvol, omdat we ons niet konden ontspannen en niet het gevoel hadden echt tot rust te komen. Jammer, want met meer aandacht voor hygiëne had dit een veel prettigere ervaring kunnen zijn.

We stayed at The Magic of Avalon for two nights and were very happy with our stay. The view's are amazing and the property is clean, stylish and has a very nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The view from the Balcony was lovely, the living room was stylish and comfortable. The kitchen and is clean and open.

The view is beautiful and host very friendly

The house and garden feel under maintained. The balcony would be lovely if it was cleaned. The beautiful seat in the picture is old and not unkempt. Carpet in the bedroom needs a deep clean. A shared bathroom for 3 bedrooms wasn't expected or made clear in the ad.

The view from the balcony is incredible! It was lovely just sitting and looking out over fields and the Tor. So relaxing! The bed was so comfy - best sleep in months! Jenni is a fabulous host - really welcoming, easy to chat to and full of tips about the local area.

Location fantastic. The balcony - the view and the martins were delightful. Kitchen/fridge readily available. Bed very comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere.

The old door knobs and banister needed a good clean - sometimes cleaners have blind spots. Otherwise cleanliness was good.
