SPIDERMAN House

I love the very nice and friendly staff. Also the rooms were huge and spacious. We love this vibe of spider man. All things were in rooms for example kitchen facilities. It looks like in the photos.

Entrance with aquarium.

My spiderman room was broken (problem with water pipes) and changed it on room with pink Minnie (Disney). It wan't comfortable. Big music Toy on wall made noise and it was immpossible turn off. Walls were thin and didn't isolate noise. Noise made fridge in 30 minutes interval. Kettle was very dirty inside.

Everything, it is in a dodgy area, a guy answered the door in his underwear, the place wasn't very well lit(arrived at night) so you couldn't see where you were walking. It was filthy it was creepy, we couldn't even sleep we were that scared

Good part was only a bath. All other else was only just poor.

1st, location was pretty terrible to access. Finally reach, but check-in process was also terrible. Informed earlier to someone there in advance about the time via whatsapp which they asked me to message, but no point and with luggage in cold, needed to wait outside, couldnt get in soon. Also, once they got aware a guest arrived and a multiple people suddenly started to buzz you on whatsapp at the same time. It was also annoying. people by people saying different things. Also as soon as get in, started to bother with this without caring your comfort or anything. I just got the impression that they are just running this accommodation selfishly without caring guests. The room was a king size bed with a tab, once get ready to sleep, realized no duvet or blanket there. It was a cold night. There was another small bedroom and found only 1 small blanket. So slept there, but it was very cold only with it, woke up 3-4 am from cold. Realized no A/C in this room. And in such cold ( It was end of November), that's weird though, also mosquito started to disturb my sleep in the middle of the night. Then understood why mosquito repellent were everywhere in the flat. But it is weird why mosquito in November!! Anyway, I had only nightmare for a night and immediately left. but terrible location as others mentioned too. Check-out time is 9 am which I do not experienced for long, and no luggage keep, which means you need to be thrown out with luggage by 9 am. You need to mind it. I really do not recommend here unless you have a special super intention to Spiderman.

good: - clean, plenty of toys and merchandise mounted on the walls, - did not have a stuffy feel inside, - included mosquito repellent, - fridge, - full kitchen

bad: - wrong information to be able to register autonomously: you sent me a video of opening the safe and taking the key with the pendant from the Scimmia's house - part of the hallway was unfinished with construction, - the shower cabin had black corners, - the shower cabin was small, - a contractor started working in the hallway at 8:15 am (check out was @9 , - the owner tried to make me fill out and sign an acknowledgement of stay written in Italian, - incomplete Wi-Fi coverage
