We got totally another room than we booked, it’s far from reality. There was smell like mold everywhere, some “rooms” didn’t even had windows!! It was far from being clean. We stayed in our “room” (more likely storage) for about 20 minutes only to charge our phones and we ran away because we didn’t felt safe. Nobody there didn’t knew even one word in English, it is in ghetto location where I would be scared at the night to be even with my husband. Please be careful and don’t book this, they didn’t give us compensation, or apologize for this trauma. We spend all that day to find another accommodation and find a beautiful one right on via etnea.

It was like residing in the ultimate Spiderman fan home. I was impressed by the collection of Spiderman items and how it was used to decorate the building.

We didn’t make it inside to see if there was anything we liked as the area was so bad we left immediately.

We arrived outside the accomodation earlier then our check in as we wanted to leave our suitcases so we could explore and also to see we’re the place was. When we arrived we were shocked at how rough the area was and how dirty. We felt like arriving after dark if we wanted to go out wouldn’t be safe at all. You can’t even walk down the road that spider man house is on because the cars all park on the pavement and the locals shout and stare at you for trying to walk down the road. We were hoping to be able to walk to the beach at least but it’s not possible at all.

Be aware, there is a construction going on. Until it is finished - it may be loud .
