Great location close to the NEC, very clean, decorated nicely, coffee and biscuits in the kitchen is always appreciated, thank you!

A little difficult to find on arrival but we figured it out! We couldn’t decipher the wifi password written down and left in the property but as we were only staying overnight and the location has good access to 5G it wasn’t an issue.

"Great location for NEC"

Location to the NEC was great. Good parking and access. All kitchen facilities available. Comfy double bed. Good communication. Ideal for one night stay.

The bathroom is very small, not much room to turn around. If you are a 'bigger' person it would be tight. Tiny sink. Shower was okay.

"Quiet calming and stunning"

Absolutely stunning this is my second stay here and will be returning the host was amazing the room wasn’t ready so upgraded me to the bigger house and it was absolutely beautiful I was so greatful had a weekend of pure comfort and peace it was lovely it has everything you need and the added extras are such a good touch!

Just what we need for a couple of night while visiting the NEC for comic con midlands. It has a lovely yard and kitchen and double bedroom. The bedroom was surprisingly cool for the weather we had but the hosts popped us down a fan just incase The toilet and shower room is fairly small but it’s all you need for a weekend. They had put milk in the fridge so I was able to have a well needed cup of tea after a long drive from Kent. Will definitely stay again if we ever come that way again. The hosts are very accommodating and answer and messages quick and informative.

"Suited well for working away"

Was nice and compact, ideal for staying in whilst travelling for work. It was clean and quiet area

The location was a little difficult as there was a property up the street called ‘The White House’. But the lady helped to guide us
