This property was beautiful to the thoughtful little touches to things you may have forgot.( toothpaste, milk, shower stuff!)to the comfy bed. Felt very homely! Will definitely be staying here again. Great hosts

its was very clean when we arrived and we had the best host to help us with anything we needed.

Great host, providing everything we needed. The house is very independent in a quiet area, but very close to NEC (6mins drive).

There aren't many restaurants in the area but it does make sense as it is not in central Birmingham.

The property is more like a studio apartment or a converted garden shed, so it's quite compact. The en-suite bathroom is very tight, making it uncomfortable to use the toilet. Also, due to its location, there's quite a bit of noise from the street, including cars and people talking. On the positive side, the host was very friendly and welcoming.

My partner and I travelled to Birmingham for the first time for a convention at the NEC for the weekend. Our booking had been double booked. However, the owner had given us an upgrade for another property. It was in such a beautiful house. As soon as we got into the property, there was a live video of a fireplace and it made the place even more cosy. We really enjoyed our time here. The bed in the main bedroom was so soft and comfortable. We were very looked after and you can tell how much detail and care the owner put into making the place a nice escape from the city. The owner was very kind in finding us a new place within a short amount of time. Thank you so much!

Everything we needed for a night's stay. Location convenient for BP Pulse easy to find and easy getting to and from arena. Would use again in the future. Host most helpful.

Very friendly host. Good communications.

The flat was spotlessly clean. Its position just 2-3 miles from the NEC was prefect. Ideal for a one or two nights stay. Accommodation is very small but it was nice to have a fridge, cooker and microwave. The host was very helpful and sent detailed information.

I wouldn’t say we disliked anything it worked well for us. Was somewhat difficult to find, although the host did her best in sending route pictures. Just an area where all the houses, fences etc look the same. The bathroom is very small, fine for us but could be difficult for larger people.
