La cercanía con Kioto Station y la señora de la recepción muy simpática.

La colchoneta o colchón extremadamente delgado, muy mala calidad, terminé con dolor de espalda terrible, además tenía una almohada durísima. El segundo punto en contra, si bien tenía una cocina, está tenía lo mínimo de implementos, y no había una sala o dependencia para comer o tomar un café.

The location was very convenient (walking distance from Kyoto station) and on the cheaper end for this area. The host was nice and explained how everything worked for us. Each room had a tea station, with hot water and cups.

This is futon style, with a mat on the floor, which may not be comfortable for everyone. The rooms are also fairly small, so bringing a lot of luggage wouldn’t be advised.

バス通りで交通量が多いにもかかわらず、静かでした。 施設は綺麗でした。 部屋にバストイレがあり助かりました。 ポットもあり、紅茶を持って行ったので楽しめました。

布団が薄くて疲れました。 でも、綺麗でふわふわの掛け布団です。

立地条件、清潔感対しては、安い。他のホテルタイプと比較して迷わず予約しました。

やはり壁が薄くて、廊下を歩く音やドアの開閉音は響きますが、夜中に部屋に戻ったのと、朝もゆっくり寝ていたので、私自身は値段に対しては当然と感じたので気にならないが、神経質な方は無理かも。

I liked the location being close to the station and the private room being cheap compared to the other options in the area. The ac worked great and the shower was hot

The place could be cleaner, I think they didn't change the sheets from the last person that stayed. There's also a foul smell in the room.
