Water is not warm .

Location is good every things is near apart from central city, city is atleast 45 min drive away

Cleanliness is big issue . They didn't clean after check out. When we reached draws are dirty washroom is dirty sing is broken water coming out on floor, bedsheets didn't change. We asked them to clean rooms and washroom and change the bedsheets. Etc in pictures its shows very clean and warm environment but in real is different story, whole night we can hear the noise from outside cars and people. They need to do soundproof windows.

Check in and check out was smooth staff changed our room on request and provided us with supplies but everything was unclean

They charged more than the price offered on booking.com, the price was 5434, and they asked for 6200 RS. But we paid 6000 rs. First, they insisted on cash but later agreed to a payment by card The place was absolutely dirty. Human hair was present on bed, in washroom, and on the sofa. Hygiene was zero. Cigarette buds were present in the toilet. There were marks on towel. Amenities were missing no tv, netflix, no toiletteries, and no hair dryer . only soap and body wash was provided on request. Sheets were changed after we pointed out that they are unclean. Initially, staff denied the unclean sheets, for which I sent them a recorded video. Absolutely disgusting will never stay with them ever again, I don't recommend it to people or families with a need for cleanliness

Photos were misleading a little but was Sorted jn the end was hoping for a bigger screen Tv Also
