"Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Studio Apartment"

The location was nice, peaceful place in Bahria Town. Staff was cooperating.

I was deeply disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene of the studio apartment. A thorough cleaning is urgently needed. The curtains were completely ineffective in blocking sunlight. During the morning and daytime, the room was too bright, making it impossible to sleep or rest comfortably. Additionally, there were hair everywhere — on the bed, pillows, sofas, and all around the room. The bedsheets were not clean and seemed to have remnants from previous guests. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance made my stay very uncomfortable. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues for future guests.
