Lovely old building, friendly accommodating staff, nice toiletries & towels, water in fridge & nespresso machine- excellent when coming off the francigena

Pity no air-con but large fan provided & slept with window open- comfortable. Shared bathroom but large & very clean

Camera accogliente, pulita e grande. Lo spazio a comune molto piacevole e ben organizzato, il posto tranquillo e comodo per spostarsi in zona

Il bagno non era in camera ma in comune con altra camera, manca l aria condizionata che visto il gran caldo avrebbe fatto comodo..

La persona di riferimento è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, check-in e check-out flessibili, cassettine di sicurezza per il check in molto comode, camera carina e confortevole a poca distanza dal centro, parcheggio disponibile. Posto silenzioso e tranquillo. Ottimo prezzo.

Bagno in comune (ma è colpa mia che non lo avevo letto quando ho prenotato). Macchinetta del caffè a disposizione ma senza bicchierini. Niente aria condizionata nel weekend più caldo dell' anno mi è un po' dispiaciuto ma anche questo è colpa mia che non avevo letto. Materasso un po' "scivoloso" e lenzuola corte....il letto non rimane fermo e a me dà un po' fastidio...ma niente di grave.

The location is perfect but to for n Pelgrim. And koffee masjien with no cubs. The restaurants are far downtown without a car it difficult to walk back. The bed was comfortably

after a long day walking it was a very long walk up hill all the way to the edge ot town. also one room had a shared bathroom which we had not expected no facilities to make a breakfast and no shop near,

I had a really pleasant stay! Erica was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can truly feel they care about making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I would love to see this place get the recognition it deserves — the staff really elevate the whole stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope more travelers will discover this little gem in Toscana..
