The room's interior lock was not working. One of the hotel staff entered the room in my absence with my family in it, which is unacceptable and very bad.

No cleaning room for 5 days. No hot water for shower. Some cockroaches in the room. Windows without glass in the bathroom…

The location is very good almost 13 mins flat walking to the Haram

- The side street where the hotel is located had broken water pipes all of the time - The hotel itself had bad smell on multiple floors and in the elevator - The towels weren't clean they had stains - the bathroom is very small with no shower capin, but you can get shower on the floor directly and no hot water, but hot water wasn't a big deal since the weather was hot
