Staffs are very helpful and they try to meet your expectations. They are at your service all the time. Before taking the room, they show the room and confirm with you. With regard to the location, it is around 1km walk to the gate of haram. If you are a youngster it will not concern you. But if you are traveling with elder people take it into note. The terrain is mostly flat to the haram. Hiring a taxi from here does not make sense as you might also get stuck in traffic. Also only you can go only till bus stand if you take taxi. There are lot of shops for shopping when you go towards haram, but there are not much restaurants nearby if you expect something specific such as Indian food. There are also not much waiting times with the elevatoreven though the hotel was fully packed. With regard to the room, it was perfect in size. There are also windows available, but not much of view.

Even though they try clean as much as possible, sometimes the time is not enough. There are not much restaurants around. The hotel does not provide any shuttle. None of the staff does speak English. It could be difficult to communicate sometimes. Sometimes the street might come to stall because of travel busses, it could also be a problem when you are arriving or going out.

كل شيء سيء جداً وخاصة النظافة منعدمة تماماً ويوجد حشرة البق على السراير والمفارش كلها بقع ورائحتها لا تطاق لا اعتقد أبداً أنه يتم غسلها حتى بعد تغييرها بمفارش أخرى ظلت الرائحة السيئة وآثار البقع وبقايا شعر على المفارش ، الفندق لا يقدم أبداً قيمة مقابل مال لا يستحق ربع المبلغ الذي تم دفعه

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing. Despite booking an extra room by mistake, we kindly informed the staff that we didn’t need it and even offered it free for them to assign to another guest. However, their attitude was shockingly rude and ungrateful. The major issue arose with the checkout timing. One staff member confirmed a later checkout time, which we planned around, but another staff member came abruptly and demanded we leave earlier. This created chaos for our family, leaving us with no time to pack properly. Despite requesting an extension and explaining the mix-up, they remained arrogant and completely unwilling to help. It was disheartening to see such a lack of care for a family with kids. The poor communication, inconsistency, and outright rude behaviour of the staff made this one of the worst experiences we’ve had at any hotel. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic hospitality.
