Trademark Suites at Enaki Town

Spacious, clean rooms with nice decor. Easy access to the facility shuttle to get to town, shops, and my work meetings. Breakfast was very good with healthy options. I also appreciated having access to a gym.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a two-bedroom suite at Trademark Suites at Enaki Town, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Nairobi. From the moment we arrived, everything about the resort exceeded expectations. The entire property is immaculately maintained, clean, and beautifully presented. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home — perfect for both relaxation and extended stays. The staff were truly the highlight of our stay. Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Steven, who was absolutely outstanding — always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was flawless. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at any hour really stood out. Breakfast was excellent every morning — fresh, well-prepared, and replenished quickly when anything ran out. The staff handling the breakfast service were accommodating and happy to meet any special requests, which made mornings that much more enjoyable. The resort’s facilities were also top-notch. One of the most convenient features was the complimentary shuttle bus to Village Market, which made getting around effortless. It's little touches like this that really elevate the guest experience. All in all, Trademark Suites at Enaki Town delivers a superb level of comfort, service, and convenience. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay in Nairobi.

Everything was good.

The facility is brand new, with a modern African decor that's warm and inviting, not old and traditional. The suites (not rooms) are all properly spacious and fully equipped. The staff couldn't be more kind, helpful and professional. We had our laundry done, booked airport transfers, used their free shuttle to visit the Village Market mall and even enjoyed their Thursday 3 course "Date Night" dinner. If the weather had been better we would have lounged by one of their 2 pools, too. We really loved the hotel's location, as well, being just a bit out of the chaotic city center and quiet, surrounded by greenery. Book this place. You won't regret it.

Swimming pool was not heated

The rooms are just like you would expect from the photos, they are beautiful! We especially liked the bathroom and kitchenette.

We just didn't like the smell of fire smoke outside, so it made it hard to go out and enjoy the balcony.
