Trademark Suites at Enaki Town

Great service and staff. The 2 bedroom suite was well equipped, very large and comfortable. Great service. Restaurant was a bit expensive but we appreciated the complementary breakfast.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The location might not be the best as such, however, the free shuttle bus they offer to go to the Village Market makes up for that.

Our apt was spacious and clean, beds comfortable and a really good option to a traditional hotel room if you’re traveling with kids or staying longer. Plenty of parking in the garage and breakfast was great too!

Our room service experience was quite bad. They missed parts of our order, didn’t have everything on the already menu (I ordered a loaded nacho, they called and let me know that they were out of the ragu, but I was still charged full price for the plate), and to be honest, food was not bad but not really great unfortunately. Also had to pay extra if you want another coffee than normal brew.

New Quiet and comfortable. Rooms are decent size and self contained with large balcony. Staff was pleasant and willing to help at every juncture.

Wifi was un-useable and erratic, food took too long. House keeping could be improved.

The facilities, staff, suite, food and drink that I had - everything was great.

I would have liked to have seen more vegan options on the menu and there to be stock of the wines on the wine list. Also, there was a delay in getting my laundry to me but the hotel gave me an extended checkout time so I could wait comfortably in my room until my clothes arrived.
