Carmelina Beach Resort Ho Tram

Loved the hotel and its territory. My daughter had a blast at the playground as well as in the pools. Breakfast was very good - lots of options every day. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and had helped us a lot during the stay.

Probably we were not lucky with our choices but what we've ordered at the restaurant when we went for a dinner a couple of times was not to our expectation (seafood was overcooked to our liking). Hard to find a place to have a bite outside the resort.

There are lots of things to do for kids, beautiful surroundings, staffs are very helpful.

There are mosquitos around. The pillows are a bit high for me.

Even though the staff were friendly the customer service/understanding and desire to help were significantly lacking. The staff needs a lot of hospitality training. The resort is clean and put together, however the design is very old.
