La Canea Living

La Canea living was a perfect blend of old world Greek with the comforts of modern design and facility. The attention to detail was next level e.g. from the complimentary fruit and wine to the luxe toiletries, even beach towels and beach umbrella. Evi’s communication before during and after was courteous and prompt. Our group of four all agree La Canea was one of the highlights of our trip to beautiful Crete.

Heel erg mooi en volledig ingericht huisje. Gunstige lokatie voor bezoek aan de oude stad en haven. Alles op loopafstand. Supermarktje tegenover het huis was ook erg handig. De host is heel erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en bereikbaar. Service staat hier voorop!

La Canea Living is probably one of our top short term rental stays anywhere in the world. The villa is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and every possible little detail and convenience has been thought of. The location is fabulous and our host Evi was super responsive. The place is even better than the photos - our family is very keen to return! Chania is a quaint, beautiful town with amazing food options all around. In particular, we would recommend two bakeries - Plakopoulos and Red Jane - both of which are a short drive from La Canea (or a 15 min walk). Lots of free street parking options nearby (including a parking lot attached to a theater about 100 mins from La Canea) - just do you research and avoid parking in resident only market zones.

Staying at La Canea Living House was an absolute delight and a true home-away-from-home experience in the heart of Chania's old town. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Evi, our gracious host. Her hospitality went above and beyond, with thoughtful touches like a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The house itself is a perfect blend of modern comfort and charming old-world style. Every amenity was provided, and everything was more than we wish for. The location couldn't be better – right in the heart of the old town. Despite being so central, the house offered a peaceful retreat where we could relax after a day of exploring. Evi’s attention to detail and genuine kindness made our stay even more special. We felt truly at home and can't recommend La Canea Living House highly enough. It's the ideal place to stay for an unforgettable experience in Chania!!!

Excellent location, and with its private yard it was an oasis in the bustle of old town Chania. Lots of room for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. Fabulous interior with all the conveniences!
