Comfortable rooms and well located in a quiet neighborhood next to a park

There was a strong cigarette smell in the living room / kitchen even with the window open it didn’t go away, and the boiler would make loud noises regularly sometimes it would even shake, so that was annoying

Loved this house, rooms were nicely decorated and everything was clean. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet, with a small Sainsburys nearby. It's only a 10ish minute drive to the city centre. I would recommend this place :)

Only negatives were that the boiler was very loud, which could be a bit annoying, and also there was a small window in the living room that didn't have blinds, so people could see inside.

We loved the size of the house, the decor and the amenities! Internet was good, house was neat & great family room. We even had access to a garage for our rental car. Location was close to the freeway as well so it was easy to navigate when we had to leave town. I really appreciated the owner allowing us to rent their home on such short notice.

The heating was wonky. The place became unbearably hot and it had to be endured if you needed hot water. I may have just not understood what to do though. Also, like so many homes in the UK, there were stairs that had to be climbed in order to get to the main floor. I don't mind but someone else might.

Really good property, good facilities, would recommend anyone to stay here, fantastic sized beds, good kitchen facilities, overall really pleased with my stay.

Just a couple of points for the owner to repair, nothing major: the garage door doesn't shut properly, the boiler makes a noise and may need to be looked at. The door to the bathroom has a faulty door handle that needs to be repaired.
