Unfortunately you can’t advertise a property as smoke free and have it reek of smoke stench so bad you have to have all the windows and door open for the whole visit to help ease it and use sprays. A smoke free sign does not make it smoke free. While the owners tried to fix it and came and cleaned the carpets the smell was in the curtains, the rugs, and the couch. We wouldn’t unpack to smell our clothes out. A shame.
