The Coach House

Lovely little apartment, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful location, and very convenient for exploring locally. Lovely grounds and great for a quick dog walk before we all headed out for the day. We were met by the owner who gave us some advice on local walks and dog friendly pubs, which was great. The little Falabellas were gorgeous too.

The mezzanine access (a kind of ladder) was a little scary. And we hadn’t realised the lack of shower at the time of booking (but had read about it since). Not massively inconvenient as the bath filled up quickly and there was a hand held shower for washing hair, but I think for more than a couple of nights it would have been a bit of an annoyance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Coach House! Wish we could have stayed for longer. It’s beautifully decorated throughout and immaculately clean. Super comfy sofas and beds. The perfect place to chill out. The location is great. Situated in stunning private grounds. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Gave us a great recommendation for Sunday Lunch nearby (The Goat). It was great to see on arrival that tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jam and milk had been provided. Very thoughtful! We would love to return. Thanks! :)

Excellent facilities and perfect if you have dogs as great areas in the area and actually on the premises. Fully equipped and lots of lovely touches. Definitely would return. Very welcoming.

If you struggle with stairs then they have other little houses they have with no stairs. Nothing not to like.

What a beautiful curated stay. Where the owners really have taken the time to understand everything you could need for a stay. This felt like a sanctuary where you could happily stay for long periods. Beautiful views in the morning through to the evening. Incredibly comfortable bed linens. A personal welcome at check in with wonderful knowledge and guidance for our stay. We will return but for longer.

Beautiful setting in rural location. Really accommodatiing and friendly would love to return again.
