Quiet location, Roberto was a great host and helped arrange things for us and gave advice, cheap washing service

Basic hotel, no safe in room, some rooms had an odd smell

Overall it was clean, comfortable, and a good place to fight your altitude sickness. It definitely wasn't luxurious, but it was a good price and close enough to walk everywhere in Cusco. The breakfast was fine, it was definitely a step up from the average continental breakfast with freshly made eggs and juice.

The hotel was freezing, and because of the layout I could hear everything from the lobby and breakfast room in my room, it woke me up a few times.

Their breakfast consisted of several days old hard bread.

There is never anyone at reception. You have to call and chase and text the owner to get anything solved or done for you at this place. Incredibly basic, badly located, not worth staying there at all.
