Great location and lovely staff. The place was nice and clean as well. Roberto does an exceptional customer service. He looked after me even before I arrived to Peru and helped me with things he didn’t have to. I booked all tours only thru them and they were awesome, very well spent money. If I’m in Peru again, I’m definitely staying there again. Thanks so much!

well located and slightly away from the busy main plaza. staff are incredibly friendly and the customer service was fantastic. perhaps the best customer service in our four months of travelling. able to store luggage and the bed was comfortable.

fantastic staff, the manager/owner is amazing. so helpful and truly went above and beyond for us. the hotel is very comfortable and excellent value for money.
