Hotel Peru Real

The staff was very nice, helpful and always responsive. The location is ideal, between the main bus station and the old centre (both few min. walking distance).

The room was dirty, smelled musty and the bedsheets and towels were not properly cleaned either. The whole hotel would need a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint at least.

We had an amazing stay in Hotel Peru Real. The location is very good, we were walking everywhere. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The best part is the staff. They are so helpful and welcoming. Roberto made our stay incredible. He helped us book all our tours, adjusted it to our schedule and genuinly cared that we were safe and happy. If you go to Cusco, book everything with the Hotel, not online. We had the best help and would reccomend everyone to do the same. Thank you Roberto and the rest of the staff 🫶🏽

Roberto is such a lovely and caring guy who did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The rooms are quite ok, the breakfast is delicious, 24/7 they provide (coca) tea, coffee and water. You can book all kind of tours directly in the hotel and Roberto will take care of everything. The Wifi was very good. The rooms were cleaned every. Thanks to Roberto and John for making our stay so great.

Roberto is the kindest, most helpful man. Nothing was too much trouble for him and made sure my stay was comfortable and easy. I was so grateful to him for the help he gave me. I kept extending and he was very accommodating.

I was cold but I was here in rainy season and it's to be expected. I thought I'd be cold at night as well but the bedding was really warm.

Close to the bus station which is why we chose this place.

They didn't have anyone at the check out desk to the payment so we had to wait until they called us, which was late enough that we were already in bed.

The hotel is a relaxing stay, peaceful little spot with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Roberto was so helpful and answered every question I had. He assisted in my Machu Picchu trip and organized everything. Definitely would recommend this location. 10/10
