Clean place with all the facilities

The other guests staying the same night were very noisy throughout the night and it was difficult to sleep. Radiator in the room I stayed in was not working so it was quite cold. I knew that the bathroom was shared before I booked the room but the lock was not working and someone stole the toilet roll

Couldn’t fault it the rooms etc etc…

It would have been a great stay if it wasn’t for foghorn leghorn and her partner, up and down stairs all nite slamming doors upstairs and down and i mean slamming as hard as possible, then they started arguing u couldn’t make it up, I’m going to leave early because I’ve had enough, I would stay again if disrespectful people like that weren’t staying, I’m not one for complaining but that was beyond a joke last nite…..

The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable

Parking can be not so great

Guests should be offered the option to sign up to a visitors parking permit verbally on check-in. Relying on instructions by SMS is risky and I got caught out - am challenging my £35 parking fine now. Kitchen smelt of old meals and some pan-handles were sticky. No mirror in the bedroom or power socket by the bed.
