One bathroom another person was taking 1.5 hours to be there owner contact you by phone

The location is central to everything in Derby. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very functional and clean. The bathroom was very clean and maintained. Parking was plentiful.

I was not aware the bathroom was shared. That may well have been my fault for not realizing that when booking. However, though it was shared, it was exceptionally clean and, with only one instance, was available whenever I needed to use it. The UK experienced a sharp cold snap and snow during my visit. My only complaint was that the room was cold. The bedroom and sitting are radiators would warm up for a short time, but by 11pm through the night, there was no significant heat.

The cleanliness was good. The location was great.

No breakfast - but an east European cafe 100 m away provides a good one. Very clean bedroom with an antechamber containing leather sofa & TV.

All good - no comment!

Nothing, when I left at 9.30pm the man got my case for me and I gave him the keys. He replied to my message after 10pm saying you have to be kidding I have to get up at 4am for work. He knew that I had already left because he saw me out.

The room I booked I didn’t get. I was shown to a cold attic room. Not the room I booked. I booked a lovely room with a lounge area. Instead I got a cold attic room with grit on the sheets.

Very clean, really comfortable bed, facilities outstanding the whole setting was really nice with be bedroom and private lounge. Can't fault anything and very accessible location to town centre and train station. Perfect

Good bed, parking in front

Very cold, shower worked only for a few minutes, then the water stopped or went cold. The keys were not in the lockbox when I arrived after work ( at 1930). luckily the owner was there and let me in. He was very grumpy and uncommunicative.
