It was a 10 minute walk to town. Lovely room no 3 with a separate bedroom but all your own area. Toilet next door. Great kitchen.

Nothing. Maybe mind the step notice as walking into the bedroom 🤣

Bedroom and private living room were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Shower worked perfectly, pressure and temperature all good. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a good nights sleep both nights. Location was quiet but also very close to a few supermarkets and eating places. Parking spaces were plenty right outside the house although there is a small charge to be added to the resident's parking permit of £1.50 per day (except Sundays). All furniture and fittings were in good condition.

Would have like a kettle in the room to make drinks, as running up and down stairs with hot drinks was mildly inconvenient, but not a deal breaker!

The sitting room and bedroom was clean, well furnished and comfortable

I paid for a room with a private bathroom / Toilet as the ad said it is more or a studio flat with a shared kitchen than a room in a house but that is NOT the case, the bathroom is SHARED with the WHOLE property! The toilet was disgusting dirty! plus there was NO toilet roll! and the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in ages as the base of the shower was mucky too so had to wash that out first before i could even have a shower Plus there was nobody there to let you in or show you around, just a text with details of where the key was and wifi details so when you walk in the only door marked on the bottom floor is the Kitchen so you have to guess that it is the room on the second floor marked up room 3 which is the ONLY other door marked up barring the SHARED bathroom!

Clean and well organized and quiet with access to the large kitchen and bathroom.

The absence of Heating that night and Wi-Fi was not connecting for me.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy

No proper parking you have to pay £1 and no notice of this left being told until later when going in. No signs of where it is or that it's actually somewhere to stay just a house
