Aria condizionata inesistente, pinguino collegato ad un tubo che non permetteva di chiudere la finestra, quindi un caldo da soffocare

La gentilezza e l'attenzione ai piccoli dettagli di Marina sono stati una bella scoperta! Posizione ottima,camera Natura confortevole e bagno funzionale, l' uso della cucina comune utile e attrezzata di tutto il necessario, colazione ottima con il tocco in più di Marina che porta un dolcetto nuovo ogni giorno da gustare. Consiglio assolutamente!

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Alles in einem war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, ich komme wieder!

Era acogedor y estaba muy bien, obviamente para una pareja y que no sean personas mayores ya que el tener que subir y bajar unas escaleritas pequeñas para llegar a la cama pues puede ser un poco complicado para personas mayores o con algún problema significativo de movilidad. Pero para personas que estén ágil y no les impida ni les importe ese “inconveniente” está muy bien.

Fuimos a finales de Mayo y hacía mucha calor y no había o al menos no encontramos nada ni ventilador ni nada y hacía bastante calor, es lo único negativo que diría y yendo en estas fechas que ya suele hacer calor.

La ubicación cerca del campus universitario

No tenía WIFI, tampoco lavarropas. La escalera para subir al entrepiso donde está la cama tiene escalones de madera rotos. En el escritorio no había electricidad, porque el alargue estaba todo reparado con cinta adhesiva, y en el horno encontré un pan viejo.

Le propriétaire est sympa

La douche est bouchée, ca sent la canalisation dans l'appartement. Les serviettes était sales. L'électricité douteuse. Le voisin fait la fête jusqu'au tard la nuit et cest vraiement bruyant. Nous sommes parti pour trouver un autre logement. En plus, pas de Wi Fi car le router en panne
