Clarence at Royal William Yard

The apartment is quite stunning. The location is superb, situtated in an historic naval building complex, right by the estuary / sea. There are plenty of restautants / bars / cafes, plus a gym, cinema, and various boutique shops. There is easy access to the Barbican and Mount Edgcumbe (water taxi from very near the apartment) and to the City Centre by bus, on foot or Beryl Bike.

Seems trivial - having somewhere to hang coats, especially when wet, would be good.

Perfect location to explore all that Plymouth has to offer. Very stylish and spacious apartment that has everything you need for a home from home. Great restaurants, the ferry and a cinema on the doorstep. Madeleine was the perfect host going above and beyond when I left some clothes in a wardrobe. Thank you for your kindness.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful part of yard. Loved every bit of it and no negatives at all.

Quirky and unusual

Nothing disliked

The property was great. Loved the location and all the things to do in RWY. Loved that you can take ferry's from your doorstep. Loved the paddle boarding.

Property next door is under construction and it was quite noisy in the morning. Didn't bother us too much as we were out and about every day but the workmen and their generators did tend to wake us up in the morning.

Spacious and comfy.

Only 1 challenge is the electric sockets in one of the bedroom’s. We had to hunt for the sockets under the floorboards

Great location. It was very well equipped. And had lots of towels

TV was a bit temperamental, could do with fans as it was very hot

A spacious apartment, nicely decorated with good facilities and comfortable bedrooms. Modern bathroom and plenty of storage space.

We struggled with the stairs a little as no lift here.
