Quiet, beautiful building, very comfortable

Very quiet, no noise from the farm, comfy bed, everything spotless, very good breakfast in a cosy breakfast room with a great garden view. A very friendly landlady. Would return any time.

There was nothing not to like.

A beautiful B&B in a beautiful and peaceful location. Friendly and helpful hosts, and good attention to the details that make a stay more comfortable (e.g. a lightweight duvet for warm nights, but also warm blankets for extra layers if it's cool). We only stayed one night, to break a long journey, but we would be very happy to stay there again.

Some reviewers mentioned the noisy fridge in the Junior garden suite, which is where we stayed. It did make a bit of noise, but it was a white noise that I would have been able to ignore if we were staying more than one night. I had a long drive the next day though, and didn't want to risk having a bad night's sleep so I just turned it off.

Beautiful farmhouse and scenery. Jane was a fantastic host - welcoming and friendly.
