- Shout out to Ali - what an attentive and kind server. He was great ⭐️ - The Staff were all very friendly and kind to us. - The food was very good and enjoyed that there were several options to chose from - Buffet, 3 Restaurants and a weekly beach bbq. - Agood selection of water sports to chose from (pricey but thats a personal opinion) - The Villas are a great size and very comfortable. - The entire island is walkable which is lovely. - The snorkeling at the Island reef was fantastic - lots of sealife. - tennis court on the island with free equipment that is very enjoyable and well maintained - free snorkeling equipment available for the duration of your stay which is great - Welcome received was very warm and inviting - Communication to front of house good - Island (general walk way) kept very neat and groomed.

Value for Money leaves much to be desired / lacking - Prices are high. Upon arrival received pamphlets with QR codes to Spa and Sports menu / prices as well as restaurant prices. Spa prices viewed did not reflect prices on the island (specifically balinese massage 50minutes for $75 / island price 60 minutes for $139). How does this happen ? We are talking almost double. Prices are excessive imo. Massage my husband had was only 50 minutes - not even the full 60. Dont forget to add service charges and taxes to everything. A lot of the island needs renovation - wood planks on platform surrounding acqua restaurant falling apart - planks by the main pool broken, uneven as well as around private pool in villa which left toddler with numerous splinters. No pool cleaning equipment available at villa so private pool was constantly dirty and full of debri. Main pool looks great and recently renovated, but Black silicone in between tiles (ledge at end of pool) at main pool was not properly dry i believe when they filled the pool so upon sitting on ledge (that is what it is there for) expensive bikini as well as husbands expensive shorts had black stains - staff uninterested. Overwater villas breaking apart and not all private pools from the outside tiled. Vegetation at private bungalows (island villas) wild and not groomed back to make most advantage of view / location. Only 1 tiny island shop trying to sell sunscreen for $48 is just robbery. Would be nice to have options to buy snacks etc especially when travelling with kids. Weekly seafood bbq costs 120$/person which is outrageous . Child of 4yo who barely eats a full plate is always 1/2 price of adult charges which we felt to be inadequate and overpriced. Food at buffet has limited options for kids - all quite spicy which i found lovely but the little was left starving or just ate bread some evenings (buffet) Restaurants except japanese had childrens options.

Mr. Shihan is very kind and professional as well as the stuff. Nature is amazing as on all islands.

The photos of Villa Island on Booking.com are not realistic and were intentionally placed to conceal the real location of the villa and mislead potential buyers. This fact is extremely incorrect and dishonest. In front of the villa is a small sandy area, which is unkempt, full of dangerous stones, the entrance to the sea is not direct from the beach, but by stone steps that are slippery. It is not recommended for elderly people or children. Photos attached.
