Villa Ada Olbia

Villa Ada è una sistemazione nella periferia di Olbia in una tranquilla zona residenziale vicina al centro commerciale, al supermercato, al bar e ai servizi indispensabili. La struttura è molto molto pulita e nuova e la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Strategica è la posizione vicinissima alla statale che porta alla Costa Smeralda/Porto cervo a 20 Min, a Palau a 1h in assenza di traffico e alle provinciali che dirette alle coste a nord di Olbia, e al centro di Olbia a 5 Min in auto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la struttura la raccomandiamo anche per la pulizia (molto molto buona pari ad alcuni hotel di un certo pregio) e per l'eventuale necessità di posto auto in loco (a parte). Abbiamo alloggiato nel monolocale più piccolo che , per quanto di piccole dimensioni, non mancava di nessun comfort (presenti forno a microonde, piano a induzione, ampio frigorifero, un guardaroba con infinite grucce, un'alta cassettiera). Sul sito web è presente una mappa 3d della sistemazione che ha risposto perfettamente alla descrizione e allo stato dei luoghi, pertanto mi sento di consigliarlo a tutti quanti abbiano esigenza di un porto sicuro in cui riposarsi per utilizzarlo come base per esplorare la Gallura. Forse si poteva dotare il bagno di qualche appendino da muro in più ma veramente è a voler essere pignoli (si risolve con con le grucce che sono veramente molte, nuove, pulite e ben tenute). Presenti inoltre zanzariere, non segnalate in alcune descrizioni, insetticida e ombrelloni da mare se si vogliono visitare le spiagge libere. Il locale è molto luminoso e aerato presentando svariate porte e finestre su 2 lati su 4.

The property was fairly new, clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed and was pretty comfortable. We found a nice brunch place in walking distance and was easy to go around the area by car.

We liked the modern look of the apartment and found the kitchen to be decently equipped for some basic cooking. The host was incredibly friendly; we were even upgraded to a room with a nicer view upon arrival. Free street parking is possible in the quiet residential area. The swimming pool looked very inviting, even though we didn't get a chance to use it during our stay because it only opens on the 1st of june.

-Apartment door is made of frosted glass. Combined with the open bedroom layout, meant the room got very bright in the mornings or whenever someone used the lights in the hallway. - the bed is positioned in a small niche. It is slightly too wide to walk around on either side but at the same time to small for two people to comfortable sleep inside (140cm). - the flowerbeds on the balcony weren't very well looked after.

Cozy apartment with everything you need outside of the hustle and bustle of the city with a pool to relax.

Pool area

We booked the apartment for three adults, as confirmed in our reservation. However, upon arrival, we were informed that there was an additional charge for the third person, despite having already paid for three guests. The host mentioned that this was a booking mistake. Furthermore, we were provided with an apartment suitable for only two adults. Instead of an extra bed, we were given a pool float 🤣🤣🤣🤣, which is not an acceptable substitute.
