Quiet, superb apartment, great views, pool was terrific and it was the perfect getaway peaceful windown for us.

Very little. Nothing that mattered to us, it was excellent.

Swimming pool was good and the apartment was very clean. Buses went near.

I had a fantastic stay! The owner was not only super nice but also incredibly helpful throughout our entire trip. They went above and beyond by sending us valuable tips on where to eat and the best places to visit in the area. It truly enhanced our experience and made us feel like we had a local guide. I have chosen Sardinia as my holidays treat for my 40th bday and I absolutely loved my stay! The Willa is beautifully maintained and clean with super nice garden and crystal clear swimming pool. I came with my child who absolutely loved splashing in the pool in the mornings. The place is very well connected with public transport and has shops and even Mc Donald in a walking distance. We really enjoyed peaceful and safe Neighbourhood as well. Thanks to lovely staff I received all information regarding commuting before my arrival so could plan ahead and optimise my stay with loads of attractions. My main positive surprise was how clean and well maintained place is. Plus staff is so friendly and helpful going extra mile to make sure that your stay is pleasurable, stress free and you are making most of your holidays! I am definitely going back next year. Definitely recommend. I loved as well the fact that my studio had beautiful and very practical kitchen Amex so as I love to cook my own meals from local amazing products. Lastly, cherry on the top was air con during hot nights and Netflix+FreeWiFi.

It’s important to acknowledge that Olbia does not have quick budget friendly taxi services like Uber or Bolt. So stick to timetable and watch the last bus if you use public transport. However, of you decide to rent a car, you are 30 min away from around 10 wild beaches and you will absolutely love it as there is a free parking space and very close access to main road.

Villa Olbia was exceptional. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the facilities are beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom, kitchen and a small space with a sofa. At the same time, although the neighborhood is not central, going to the center of Olbia is super fast by car or walking is a nice 40 minute walk.
