I think the hosts could have been more friendly and welcoming. The way of contacting and asking for a prepayment when I don't have to was unnecessary, as per Booking.com the payment was to make in person with cash.

We booked for 4 pax but booking.com assigned us for a 3 pax unit. We had to check with the owner on this and they were very kind to help us out asap.

The co-existence with Citadines seems to overshadow it. Most of the facilities are only available if you are patrons of Citadines. This includes facilities and equipments at the ground floor. The simplicity of room-only access may suit to some but I believe more services will be added in the near future. Room service and breakfast may give it some competitive edge.
