MYThe room is spacious and newly furnished. The room also comes with all the facilities and equipments. Location also excellent, icon city just few minutes walking distance.

SGRelatively new, hence everything in the apartment are new. Provided good slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, hair-dryer, water dispenser, washing machine, good beddings...etc. For ladies who has to use conditioner, pls bring your own. Room is clean, hassle-free check in and out. Staff follow thru' from arriving till check out. Very friendly and made me and my family feels at home. Lots of eatery around the building. There's also a good massage place, all within walking distance.
Location is not in Georgetown, hence has to cross the Penang Bridge to reach places of interest and famous eateries. Not a problem to me, as we drive, it only took us about 30 mins to reach. Crossing the bridge is a very nice experience too. I enjoyed the scenary along the way. There's no glass door at the bath area, only a small panel of glass. Water tends to spill and wet the toilet floor. Hope this can be improved.
MY
