Everything was great. I like the location, the staff, the service, and the food. Definitely will come again. 10 out of 10 highly recommende it.

You have to improve on the breakfast as a buffet that is served is really not a proper one. The options in the buffet were nothing to write home about and almost the same type of food was prepared on a daily basis. I spoke with the restaurant manager on how to make some improvements on this, which i hope he will implement Also, at the time i checked in (10:45 PM), there was just one staff present at the front desk and no one to assist with the suitcases. They have to recall one staff to come and prepare the rooms. That's a poor first impression.... On the website (Booking.com), you indicated that the hotel provides airport shuttle, only to learn that it was for a fee, and even though i sent an email that i will pay, they never showed up. My candid advice will be, that you provide free airport shuttle. These are few of the reasons that attract customers Please ensure that the room names on booking.com is the same as that in the property, as i found out when i arrived that the names are completely different. This is misleading and will to some extent lead to litigation and bad publicity The pool must be kept tidy on a daily basis and properly treated to prevent bacteria on guests using the pool However, some of your staff at the reception and restaurant are exceptional and must be commended (if I'm asked to mention their names) Finally, please encourage some other staff to be polite to guests and provide the hospitality that is characterized for such businesses

I enjoyed my stay with you and the little problem i found is that inside the kettle in the rooms we booked we bit rusty

The gym

The tape in the washroom was not flowing properly and the location which was put on the booking.com was different from the actual location.

Trust me your breakfast was one of the best

Breakfast was sumptuous and timely.

Everything was ok except that TV sets did not work.
