The receptionist opened my room with another keycard when I was asleep !!wifi was slow

The room was a decent sized room, bed was comfortable and there was air con. If you buy food at the place or from elsewhere it can be warmed up by the staff for you. Some staff members were quite nice and tried to be helpful where they could offer assistance.

There wasn’t water in the bathroom to shower or wash hands on one my nights. I spoke to a staff member asking why and they had to fill the water tank which took the whole night to fill up. My room wasn’t attended to for 2 days to empty the bins or replenish refreshments. Telephone in the room didn’t work, couldn’t contact any reception staff when needed to. Breakfast options aren’t many. Breakfast is made for you, your option is hot drink choices. It’s a dry breakfast that you’ll get. You have to ask for condiments- that’s if they have it. A lot of the time you’d ask for things it’s either not available or another excuse was given. Just wasn’t efficient enough for me. The place is actually far out of the centre of Accra. On booking.com it states the property is in the East Legon area but it’s actually not, the property is in Dome which is far from the centre of Accra. Overall my experience at the place wasn’t great using my time of stay.

First and foremost, prior to our arrival, we made a reservation on booking.com for 3 nights but when we arrived, the receptionist said that we did not pay. I explained that we had already paid for the room via booking.com but she insisted that we pay 1101,96 Cedies which was more than our previous rate. Secondly, I didn't appreciate the embarrassment towards me and my fiancé. When we checked in, there was only one bath towel in the room, so I called and requested a second one. The next day when housekeeping cleaned the room, they added another towel making it 3 total. Anyways, when we were checking out, one of the staff asked us if we had seen a towel because one was missing. We told her no we didn't see nor take any towel. She never stopped as she went on continuously, and even requested to open our bags which we had already locked when we asked to leave our things there since we had to checkout by 12pm and our flight didn't leave until 10:00pm. Even though we refused, she still didn't stop. I feel like their action was not only embarrassing but also insulting.

The environment is beautiful and clean!

the location on the booking.com was totally wrong. I was stranded, and I got to the location late in the night to find no hotel at the location.

Bed sheets were very dirty and smell awful. Staff were not supportive.
