Location!
N/a - internal stairs to the bedroom & bathroom. Didn’t worry us (left our luggage downstairs) but it might older people. Wouldn’t stop us staying again

It was hard to get hold of the owner as we sent a message letting then know out arrival time but never heard back, also parking was bad as street was always full

Een modern en praktisch ingericht appartement op ca. 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Christchurch.
Toilet was op de badkamer en die lag boven naast de slaapkamer. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep uitsluitend via de mail en die werd stroef toen we schade meldde aan het beddengoed en de nachtkastjes

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat eine Waschmaschine und eine kleine Abwaschmaschine, perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Kleiner gemütlicher Garten. Lage gut, in ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss war man im Zentrum von Christchurch.
Es war alles gut und so, wie abgebildet. Vielleicht ein paar Inputs: eine kleine Garderobe im UG oder auch im Schlafzimmer und einen Handtuchhalter mehr im Bad wäre gut. Platz hätte es.

Fantastic location... walking distance to the town centre.. Apartment was very clean and comfortable everything you needed after travelling around for 10 days . Loved the courtyard to sit outside and totally relax.
