Luxury Style Free Street Parking CBD Location

Location was good. Just a short walk to the city and other attractions.

The apartment generally was comfortable but we did find the couch a little uncomfortable. The street parking is free although a space is not always guaranteed.

Location was where we wanted, apartment clean and comfy.

There was very little parking available, had to walk quite a distance along street some times from car to apartment.

Location is great but parking is hard as hell…

We arrived around 315 pm all the way from Dunedin expecting that we can rest as soon as we check in but the house is not ready yet it’s not clean and it took 10 mins for the cleaner to clean the place , no extra towel , no milk for the coffee , no facial tissue and parking is hard I have park 5 minutes away from the property.

Clean, comfortable and relatively new unit. Perfect for 2 people. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook. Just at the edge of walkable to the CBD. This made it really quiet so that's great if what you are looking for. If you want to step out your door and be right in the thick of it, not the place for you.

Something was weird about the TV, we couldn't get any of the streaming services to work. The host said it was an issue city wide. The front door doesn't seal all of the way so you pick up a lot of street noise in the living room. (Not an issue while upstairs in bed)
