Le karaoké très bruyant mais heureusement jusqu’à 22 heures seulement, la difficulté de comprendre les animateurs quand ils utilisaient leur micro alors que nous n’étions que 30 passagers, la visite au village (uniquement des boutiques) et le repas pendant cette excursion

What a wonderful cruise experience. From the moment you got on the bus for pickup , the tour guide Hiep was friendly, welcoming and informative. He even gave us a list of his local favourite foods. The ship itself was well equipped, very clean. The itinerary was a good balance of relaxation and entertainment, on top of all those fantastic things, staff and service was just next level, they were friendly, helpful, attention to detail, overall it's fantastic 2days1night at the bay. PS they don't go to the crowded area. Highly recommended

Piękne kabiny-niezbyt duże ale na 2 dniowy pobyt ok. Balkon i wanna z widokiem. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Taras z leżakami. Kajaki, wycieczka łódkami, możliwość kąpieli. Bardzo miły personel. Transfer z Hanoi bardzo wygodny. Drinki płatne dodatkowo-ceny normalne. Polecam

The boat itself is wonderful, unfortunately the location is so crowded and the water very polluted it makes writing a review about V’Spirit themselves very difficult. I would say that the company and their boat are very good and, if you want to experience a Ha Long Bay, I would certainly recommend V’Spirit; but I would not recommend recommend a Ha Long Bay cruise. In terms of the boat, the top deck bar is wonderful and the cocktails very well made and presented. The enthusiasm of the staff and the authentic cuisine and menus were great. The pick-up from the hotel in Hanoi was very efficient and well executed with a precise time and a WhatsApp when 2 minutes away.

Typical tourist ‘walking wallet’ syndrome on the transfer - left the highway to herd us into a special ‘rest stop’ (along with all the other transfers) to fleece us, when there is a perfectly good service station within minutes of the stop on the highway. The organised activities were like being ‘processed’ The serene bamboo boat ride through ‘peaceful, idyllic caves’ involved queuing on a wooden jetty for 35 minutes to be loaded into a boat for a 30 minute trip along with about a hundred other boats. Just like a theme park ride in the height of the season (and no ‘skip the queue’ option. Our cabin featured a ‘jacuzzi bath with a view’ - a picture window to watch the beautiful scenery whilst relaxing in the bath - unfortunately it was completely impossible to do this as they were towing a tender and the staff were sitting in the tender with a view straight into the bathroom. Similarly the picture window in the bedroom, because of the tens on other cruise boats close by all the time, it was not possible enjoy the view from the bed and retain our dignity. Finally, the return transfer. Despite providing the name of the hotel and having a confirmation, as we boarded the transfer on the return we were told that we would not be dropped at our hotel as it was outside the old quarter (too late to arrange our own transfer).

Grande gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, serviable et attentionné. La nourriture est très variée, excellente et joliment présentée.
