Wonderful experience. Lovely boat

Un joli bateau, une grande chambre magnifique, des repas très corrects, un équipage très attentionné, tout cela dans un incroyable environnement. Avec en plus une météo favorable. Enfin, le guide, depuis le pick up jusqu'au retour à l'hôtel, attentionné, rigoureux. dynamique. Présent sans être pressant.

Maden var måske ikke det mest spændende ved opholdet, men der var mulighed for at tilpasse menuen alt efter efter behov (vegetarisk, ingen fisk, allergier osv).

A beautiful boat with stylish comfortable cabins and the most helpful attentive staff who did so much to make our stay so special The food was fabulous as was the atmosphere at Happy hour Made new friends and despite the cloudy weather the views were stunning.

The rubbish in the water obviously a problem for the health of this world heritage site

Check-in was swift and well organised, and the cruise operates in a very calm and scenic part of Lan Ha Bay, away from the crowds. The atmosphere on board was peaceful. The staff were consistently friendly, very attentive, and eager to help. Their English could be improved in some situations, but their kindness and genuine effort more than compensated. Our Executive Suite was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The water (kayak and swimming) activities were as promised, the cycling excursion on Cát Bà Island was well organised. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing cruise with great happy hours in a beautiful, quiet part of Lan Ha Bay, with excellent staff and well-designed cabins.

The visit to the pearl centre and the visit of a village on Cat Ba island were disappointing, as it felt overly commercial in the first one and overly invasive in the second. The tour on bamboo boat was a real disappointment. No caves to cruise by or to see. The only real low point of the cruise was the food. While the presentation and service were good, the menus focused mainly on multi-course Western-style cuisine rather than traditional Vietnamese dishes. It was enjoyable, but did not reflect the richness and authenticity of Vietnamese culinary traditions.

O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo e muito confortável. Equipe muito simpática e comida bem gostosa.

Roteiro corrido e incompleto. Não pudemos fazer o Kayak na parada para conhecer as cavernas e não teve pescaria de lulas. Check out do quarto as 9h da manhã é muito ruim também.
