Modern, clean, and good location

They are sparse on staffing. It seems it’s only one person running the coffee and breakfast areas and it can be really slow service because of that. Their WiFi blows. A lot of outages and slow connections both times I have visited

It's a very new hotel so everything was is excellent order, very clean, and quiet. We used BART a couple of times and its proximity to the BART station is good. We didn't want room service during our stay, but each morning the staff would ask us if we wanted clean towels, etc. While we declined, we appreciated their proactive interest in providing service to us.

We felt the breakfast cost was too high so we ate elsewhere. Our west faceing room overlooked the car dealership and freeways next door, so not very attractive (although this did not really bother us). Our TV did not work properly (it kept glitching and voices did not match the speaker's mouths) and we let them know upon leaving. We didn't watch TV much anyway, so the problem wasn't terrible for us. We weren't thrilled with the $10/day parking, especially since the lot was 80% empty during our stay. On the other hand, we were driving an EV and having slow chargers available for overnight charging was great. We only saw one other vehicle using them during our 5 days. One of the LED light strips in the mirror over the bathroom sink was not functioning properly. It didn't impact our feelings about the stay, but we did mention it to the staff upon our departure. Overall, it was a positive experience and priced competitively for the area. We would stay here again.

The staff on this particular night was rude, inconsiderate and incredibly careless.
