"Below minimum standards"

New and fairly clean

My wife and I came on vacation. The room did not have a remote control. I called the front desk and they said there are no remote controls in the whole building. I asked for a discount on the room or a free bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The person at the front desk supposedly called the manager and they said 50% off an overpriced bottle of wine. I'm like, I don't want that. Now of course the tv is still stuck on the welcome screen. There is not one single physical button on the TV and the plug is behind a locked access panel. We can't turn it off to sleep. I called the front desk to help us turn off the TV, but she didn't send anybody. We finally unplugged it, pulling the wire out from the back of the tv at 3 am so we could sleep.

"Sucked"

Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Seems not insulated at all. You can hear EVERYTHING. So you have to turn on the AC on the loudest setting to get to a constant noise level. Check in difficult. Receptionist set us up for one room instead of the two I had booked so it took double the time. You have to pay $10 per car for parking. That was not mentioned when booking. You get to check in, tell them the license plate number and they hand you a parking pass that you have to put in the car. This pass dienst even have the license plate as plate number on it. Makes no sense at all. I will never come back. Can’t recommend.

Very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Also, there were several Tesla chargers located on the property, but none for other vehicles.

"Excellent new hotel"

This hotel opened in March 2025, so it was very new when we stayed, and everything was in perfect condition, clean and working. The room climate control is great and the closet / storage space is a neat setup. Staff were so friendly and helpful with early check in and late check out. There's a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Highly recommended.

It could benefit from a light in the ceiling.
