Leuke bungalows vlakbij strand! Rustige omgeving, maar wel leuke horeca in de buurt. Terrasjes bij de bungalows waren erg goed uitgerust met zitjes, stopcontacten en lampen.

Nice little house with a simple bedroom and basic bathroom. There was a very chill vibe with the other guests and the owners. It is close to the beach. I would recommend to take the extra AC option because without it is really hot to sleep at night.

The staff is amazing. We've had great food every day. Avi sent us many tips for the next trips. Our Tuktuk broke down and it was a whole hassle but the staff remained calm and helped us out! We couldn't thank them enough. The rooms are spacious and close to the beach. We got free beach towels to use for our beach day. Unlimited water refills to reduce plastic, I love it! Very chill vibes.

The bed was too short for my partner, but he's almost 2m.

We did not expect much,because of the price was low compared to other places,but men was I wrong. Accomodation is clean and well managed,but what really bought me, was the staff and their dedication to make your stay easy and effortless..big thx to Sanju and his Dad,Avi and rest of the crew,we felt like part of the family there.Great and even beyond value for money. Big hugs to all 3 dogs...❤️ Luka

We stayed only one night at the beginning of the season in Kalpitiya, and we had a great stay here. The chalets are spacious, modern and super clean, the bathrooms were huge as well. The courtyard had also a great vibe with the sand and the palm trees providing some shade. The staff were super friendly and accommodating - we also had breakfast here and coffee, both were great choices.

It took a while to get our meals and drinks, it was only one staff member running the place - this could probably be improved (maybe things are faster in the main season).

It was very clean and the staff is lovely 🙏🏼

You might need a scooter if you want to go to the city as it‘s a little outside

Sea Sand Resort was the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Kalpitiya. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable - the AC was necessary given the heat. The breakfast and dinner was delicious, and the resort is close to another great place to eat in Kalpitiya (Cafe of Questions). There are bikes available for guests, though we didn't use them. The property was quiet and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!
