Este fue, sin duda, el peor hotel en el que me he alojado en toda mi vida. Las ventanas de las habitaciones están completamente selladas y no se pueden abrir, por lo que hay un olor permanente a humedad en todo el edificio. El ambiente era tan desagradable que terminamos resfriados durante nuestra estadía. Es difícil entender cómo pueden mantener habitaciones cerradas, sin ventilación y con ese nivel de humedad después del paso de tantos huéspedes. Además, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación porque no había agua. La cisterna no funcionaba correctamente y pasábamos largos períodos sin poder usar el baño ni ducharnos. Nunca nos informaron previamente que existían problemas con el suministro de agua en la zona. Un hotel no debería operar si no puede garantizar un servicio tan básico. El servicio de limpieza fue terrible. En varias ocasiones afirmaron que habíamos dejado el cartel de “No molestar”, lo cual no era cierto. Como resultado, nunca hicieron nuestra habitación, no cambiaron las toallas y no recibimos el servicio por el que habíamos pagado. La atención en recepción fue igual de mala. Cada vez que preguntábamos sobre tours, alquiler de autos o información turística, nadie sabía nada o nos daban respuestas incorrectas. Ni siquiera quisieron prestarnos un teléfono para realizar una llamada, a pesar de que éramos turistas de otro país. El hotel es extremadamente caro para el nivel de servicio que ofrece. Al momento de reservar, nos cobraron el importe completo por adelantado. Si hubiéramos cancelado el viaje, probablemente habríamos perdido todo el dinero. Para empeorar la experiencia, durante el check-out un empleado me pidió que lo acompañara a revisar la habitación antes de retirarme. No entendí por qué era necesario cuando la recepción cuenta con cámaras de seguridad. En resumen, fue una experiencia pésima. Humedad, falta de agua, mala limpieza, personal poco capacitado y una atención al cliente inexistente.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room windows are completely sealed and cannot be opened, which creates a constant smell of mold and humidity throughout the building. The air quality was so poor that we ended up getting sick during our stay. It is hard to understand how a hotel can operate rooms with no ventilation and such a strong odor. To make matters worse, we had to change rooms because there was no water. The water system was unreliable, and there were long periods when we could not shower or even use the bathroom properly. We were never informed in advance that there were issues with the water supply. A hotel should not be operating if it cannot provide such a basic necessity. Housekeeping was terrible. On several occasions, staff claimed that we had left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which was simply not true. As a result, our room was never cleaned, our towels were not replaced, and we did not receive the service we paid for. The front desk staff were equally unhelpful. Whenever we asked about tours, car rentals, or local information, nobody seemed to know anything, and we often received incorrect information. They would not even allow us to use a phone to make a call, despite the fact that we were international travelers. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. When I made the reservation, they charged the entire stay upfront. If I had been unable to travel, I likely would have lost all of that money. To make the experience even more uncomfortable, during check-out an employee asked me to accompany him to inspect the room before I left. I found this unnecessary, especially considering that the reception area is monitored by security cameras. Overall, this was an awful experience. Moldy smells, lack of water, poor housekeeping, unhelpful staff, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel.
